GlamSpot Cosmetics

Premium cosmetics retailer, Nicosia

The brief

Thalia runs GlamSpot Cosmetics, a physical store in Nicosia with a strong social media presence and an active online shop. She had launched her e-commerce store in 2024 but was not satisfied with the result. Products were not organised in logical categories, the structure was hard to follow, and customers were struggling to navigate and place orders. She found pix.cy through word of mouth and came to us with one clear ask: fix it.

The challenge

The store had products and traffic, but the experience was working against Thalia. Poor categorisation, unclear navigation and a design that did not reflect the quality of the brand were all getting in the way of sales. The front end needed a full rebuild and the back end needed restructuring so Thalia could manage her catalogue clearly and stay on top of stock without friction.

What we built

The solution

  • Full front end redesign polished to GlamSpot's brand colours
  • Improved product categorisation for logical, easy browsing
  • Optimised for mobile and tablet from the ground up
  • Back end restructured with category management and low stock notifications
  • SEO optimisation to rank in local cosmetics searches
  • MailChimp integration for customer email marketing
  • Managed hosting with Cloudflare handling traffic and security
